About a month ago we made a trip to McCall with my parents so Mike and my dad could install a new water heater and washer. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of our time together with them but in addition to the big projects, we did enjoy fly fishing (the boys), shopping (the girls), swimming (the girls), and a Pancake House breakfast (all). My parents left early our second day and so Mike, Kenley, and I decided to hike up to Louie Lake so Mike could do some more fishing.

Kenley and I enjoying a granola bar together at the lake.

A bald eagle flying over the lake.

Mike and Kenley doing some fishing off the shore.

Mike's second and biggest catch of the day.

On the trip down Kenley got the biggest kick out of Mike sticking his head back on hers.

Irresistible laugh!

All that laughing tuckered her out and by the time we made it to the bottom, she was out cold!

Me following behind.

Afterwards we went downtown to walk around. Kenley LOVED the water fountain. It wasn't particularly hot but our little water baby didn't care and had a great time getting drenched.

Her favorite trick was stepping on the streams of water and making it spray all over.

Eventually we made our way to the lake where she wasn't satisfied unless she was actually out in the water.

Who needs dry clothes when there is so much fun to be had!

After our play time we walked around a bit (Kenley as usual insisting on pushing the stroller) before heading home. What a great, relaxing, and beautiful get-away!

I don't think I've ever seen Mike with the facial scruff--I like it on him. :) Great pics, especially love the one of Kenley sleeping.
Sounds like another very successful trip to McCall! The pics of Kenley in the backpack are sop sweet!
